Mary Kay Ziniewicz – Professional bio
For over 25 years, Mary Kay built groundbreaking intrapreneur programs that received international acclaim. The programs, designed for law firms, uniquely forged employee trust and lifetime client loyalty.
Now, Mary Kay built Bus Stop Mamas--a workforce platform that gives employers access to off market talent—moms. Bus Stop Mamas is a tech platform that is (as you read) transforming organizations, families, and the economy—at once and with one click. Mary Kay’s new baby—Bus Stop Mamas deliver’s jobs built for mom life and is impacting the real world now.
Mary Kay and her husband Keith are Ohio natives, have been married for 24 years and currently live in Roseville, MN. In 2006, the couple became parents and their lives changed forever. Keith left his career as a commercial sculptor to be a stay-at-home dad. When Lily was 10, Keith was itching to get back to his career and Mary Kay brought her legal consulting business in-house. This is when “the mama problem” was identified. Standing at the bus stop with incredible moms who, like her husband, forfeited promising careers to care for their children. Businesses need this incredible talent. Bus Stop Mamas was born.
