The Domenick Group is owned by Italia (Lia) Domenick, an insurance professional in both personal and commercial lines areas of the insurance industry since 1994.

Lia started her career in the mail room of the second oldest property insurer in the United States located in Philadelphia. She was promoted to Claims Clerk until the company was sold to National Grange Mutual in 1996. From there, Lia went on to work for major insurers at USAA, Amica Mutual Insurance Company, and GEICO in positions of increasing responsibility in Claims. In 2006, she entered the business development side of the business in a Global Relationship Management role at AIG before becoming a Senior Commercial Lines Broker at a Cherry Hill, NJ Brokerage. Prior to purchasing the business, Lia served as a Vice President for North American Risk Services, a privately held Third Party Administrator.

Lia is a graduate of Kingsway Regional High School, Drexel University and LeBow College of Business in Philadelphia. She holds four (4) professional designations including the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) as well as Insurance Producer licenses in Property, Casualty, Life, and Accident & Health in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Florida. Lia also holds the FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 Securities Licenses.

In addition to mentoring and local volunteer work, she is a member of the CPCU Society of Philadelphia, The Legacy Club, The Marlton Business Association, The Burlington County Chamber of Commerce and The National Association of Women Business Owners. Lia resides in Ventnor, NJ with her family.
