As the CEO and owner of Your Marketing Liaison, a full-service marketing agency with offices in Las Vegas and Miami, she leads a team of like-minded entrepreneurs to provide exceptional marketing representation for clients, including field marketing, social media management, online advertising, and public relations. Ginger is also passionate about supporting small businesses, and she offers one-on-one consulting for start-ups and reorganizations.

Apart from her business endeavors, Ginger is a Past Co-President of the Clark County Medical Society Alliance in Las Vegas and an active member of several organizations, including the American Medical Association Alliance, the National Association of Women Business Owners, and supports many non-profits and community organizations. She has an Online TV Show called “The Ginger Show” that focuses on Work, Life and Wellness, a Facebook group called "Network of Women Business Owners'' for mutual support and is also a co-author of the best-selling book, "Everyday Women's Guide to Doing What You Love."
