Moylam Wong, an immigrant from Venezuela, moved to Houston in 1992 and is the proud owner of Maid U Shine, a professional cleaning company in Houston, TX, specializing in both residential and commercial cleaning with a focus on eco-friendly services and quality.

Together with her husband Raul, Moylam founded the business to pursue her passion for helping others. Family is central to her life, and she enjoys spending time with her two adult children and their three rescue mix poodles — Oliver, Romeo, and Pebbles.

With two bachelor’s degrees in Business and Project Management, Moylam leads and manages a team of 27 employees, ensuring effective communication, motivation, and professional growth. She conducts in-house training for new employees and provides ongoing mentoring and coaching. Moylam fosters a fun, respectful, and productive work environment, promoting employee satisfaction and retention, while implementing development plans to ensure her team exceeds customer expectations.

Moylam’s attention extends to customer satisfaction, ensuring all clients receive services that surpass their expectations. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, Moylam is responsible for the company’s business development efforts, expanding its reach, attracting new clients, and enhancing brand visibility.
