About
Merilyn Donnelly has over 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate debt and equity providing analysis of real estate and loan portfolio investments for institutional clients. Includes commercial backed securities (CMBS), whole loans and equity due diligence and underwriting. Experience also includes asset management of national portfolio of office, retail, multi-family and mobile home retirement communities.
Merilyn graduated from New York University, the Schack Institute with MS, International Markets. She has a BS from NC Wesleyan. She earned various professional designations such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Manager of Commercial Properties (CMCP), from real estate organizations IREM and BOMA, respectively. She is a member with leadership roles in Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), San Francisco, Phoenix and New York City, chapters. And has been a member of Urban Land Institute and Bay Area Mortgage Association. Currently, she serves as Public Policy Director on the board of NAWBO Phoenix, Board of Directors.
Merilyn has volunteered primarily for children’s issues over the years. Highlights: Finance Committee, Manhasset Board of Education; Treasurer, Performing Arts Board, Acalanes High School; Court Appointed Special Advocate, CASA of Contra Costa County; and member of Therapeutic Riding Team, Hunkapai Farms.
