Served as Advocacy Chair, was the 3rd President for Bakersfield NAWBO Chapter in 2021-2022, and is currently President in 2024-2025. Served as NAWBO CA Director of Education from 2020-present. Served as President of NAWBO -CA Ed Fund from 2023-2026.

President of Rios Design Studio LLC, a landscape architecture firm in Kern County, specializing in institutional and commercial projects. Licensed in both CA & AZ. 

Served as 2022 State President for CLCA (California Landscape Contractors Association), as well as, Director of Legislation on the State Board, served at the chapter level as Secretary, Programs, Sponsorships, and President Elect from 2011-present. Will be appointed Chapter President in 2026. Serves as CLCA Insurance Solutions Board of Trustees from 2023-present.
