About

Marcie is currently the Founder and Principal Consultant at her own consulting company – The Leaders Partner - (www.theleaderspartner.com  ) serving the greater Sacramento area. She also serves as the Forum Leader for Renaissance Executive Forums (REF) and leads the CHRO Forum for the region.

She is currently in the process of launching a second business called Give2Lead. (www.give2lead.com) which bring purpose to your in-person marketing needs by diverting your dollars to local non-profits instead of buying cheap swag that ends up in landfills.

Throughout her 20+ year career in Human Resources and Leadership Development Marcie has enabled leaders to achieve success by helping them to identify and align to their values, build succession plans, design and build organizations, implement engagement strategies, lay a foundation of continuous improvement and so much more.

Her passion is helping business leaders grow so they can achieve their business results while supporting and developing their teams. Great leaders enable great places to work, which create thriving communities. When employees are valued and supported, they accomplish more both personally and professionally.

Marcie volunteers for the Roseville Area Chamber of Commerce to lead the EDG program each month. She’s on the board of The Sacramento Area HR Association, as well as her local Homeowners Association and loves helping out at theTwin Lakes Food Bank Garden. 

Marcie has her Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue and her Masters in HR from Villanova.  Having lived all over the U.S., Marcie, along with her husband and daughters call the Greater Sacramento Region home.  When she’s not working, you can find her trying to find time to play outside.
