She oversees operations, HR, payroll, marketing, and team development, with a strong focus on building efficient systems and a positive, service‑driven culture.

With a background in business management and a passion for elevating contractor professionalism, Mandi has led NMPS through significant growth, expanded service offerings, and strengthened community partnerships.
