As co-founder of ClaimWizard alongside her husband Dave, Lynette has helped create and develop the leading SaaS platform in the Public Insurance Adjusting space, demonstrating her ability to build scalable technology solutions. In her role leading the RevOps team at ClaimWizard, she ensures operational excellence and strategic growth, bringing hands-on experience in managing high-performing teams and driving business results.

Through her consulting practice, Lynette channels her expertise into coaching small businesses across diverse industries, helping them optimize their operations and maximize profitability. She has become known for her high-impact strategic sessions and transformational business coaching that delivers measurable results for entrepreneurs at every stage of growth.

A prolific content creator and multi-book author, Lynette has contributed significantly to the business strategy field through various mediums. Beyond producing educational content and hosting business-focused content, she co-authored “Claim Your Success” and is currently working on her upcoming book “7 Seas of Business,” which outlines her revolutionary framework for navigating business challenges. These diverse contributions have cemented her position as a thought leader in small business strategy and operational excellence.

Her extensive corporate experience includes collaborating with diverse clients ranging from tech giants like Google and Twitter to major corporations such as American Airlines and Harlequin Publishing. She has also worked with numerous small businesses, including Public Adjusters, HVAC installers and distributors, email marketing providers, local retailers, agencies, and franchise corporations. After a successful corporate agency career, she chose to focus exclusively on empowering small business owners across all industries.

Originally from New Jersey, Lynette relocated her family and business operations to San Antonio, Texas, in 2017. Together with her business partner husband, they have two tech-savvy young adult children and maintain a lively household that includes an energetic yet laid-back Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a surprisingly charming rescue cat.
