As Founder and CEO of empowHer business LLC, she leverages her combined 20 years of experience as an operations executuve in service based and retail industries, running leading franchise and independent companies to guide entrepreneurs through the challenges of business performance growth and operational excellence at a higher level. Lou is driven to help solopreneurs transition from a small business mindset to that of a CEO of their enterprise. 

Lou is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) through the International Franchise Association (IFA), and serves as a Mentor for the IFA Franchise Ascension Initiative (FAI); she's also a Certified Profit Lab Facilitator, helping businesses improve their financial health and literacy.
