About
Founder Lisa Rovner is an accomplished fundraising professional who has spent her career serving nonprofits large and small. Lisa began her career in the arts, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ohio University. Upon graduation she worked in the administrative offices of BalletMet, where she learned to integrate an artist’s relentless work ethic with the field of development. She earned a Master of Arts from The Ohio State University, focusing on arts and nonprofit management in what is now the John Glenn College of Public Affairs, while serving as a Graduate Associate at Wexner Center for the Arts. Her career has also included tenures at the OSU Wexner Medical Center, The Women’s Fund of Central Ohio, and Columbus Museum of Art. Most recently, she served as Director of Development for Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, a national nonprofit dedicated to finding permanent, loving families for children lingering in the foster care system.
