My financial story begins with an incredible protagonist who didn’t shy away from a hard day’s work and made the hard decisions that come with a life lived with accountability and integrity: my Mom.
Growing up in Gettysburg, PA, we didn’t have a lot of money. My mom made sure we lived within our means, sewing our clothes, growing a garden and cooking from scratch. She didn’t earn much, but she was a good saver and started investing with Edward Jones. She was able to retire at 62 and now enjoys traveling the world and spending time with loved ones.
I’ve been on your side of the table. When my first career in healthcare brought me to Atlanta, I started working with an Edward Jones financial advisor. I wanted to protect my hard-earned money and have a strategy to help it grow. I achieved my dream of earning my MBA (free of student loans!) while staying on track for retirement. This firsthand experience made me realize having a financial strategy is a game-changer. I had to pay it forward. My experience as a client now helps me to be a more thoughtful and empathetic financial advisor.
I have a passion for helping hard-working people create a financial strategy that’s aligned with their values and goals. I put their money to work and their minds at rest and empower them to live their best lives. My clients know that my advice is strategic and designed for cost- and tax-efficiency. I have their back.
My passion for my work is matched only by my two other loves: my family and my community. I live in Smyrna with my daughter, Skylar, and our dog, Sasha. I proudly serve on the Past Presidents Council of the Smyrna Business Association and am a member of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce.
I'm inspired every single day by the people I'm so fortunate to work with and meet. My branch office administrator, MJ Stephens, and I strive to provide the most ideal client experience that we can. We are so grateful to be able to serve the community, and are eager to help more people.
