Lindsay is a former systems engineer turned CEO and Founder of Leader Haven. A Master of Business Administration with 20+ years of combined corporate and nonprofit leadership experience, Lindsay now leans fully into her gifts as a relational and strategic leader; she helps entrepreneurs, executives, and up-and-coming managers feel safe, seen, and known as they seek to be better themselves both collectively and individually.

Lindsay is a Working Genius Certified Facilitator and finds her joy and energy sharing tools and expertise that increase productivity, give teams renewed joy and fulfillment, and create a rare competitive advantage. Strangely the reverse of what most expect, these learnings translate outside of the office—into marriages, parenting, and relationships, as well.

While she certainly thrives when face-to-face with a team of leaders, Lindsay also lives for facing down a bucket of buttered popcorn, figuring out how to sing a REALLY hard song, and relishing weekend staycations with her family and two cats.
