Lillian Davenport, SPHR, SHRM – SCP, MGSCC, Principal at End View Solutions, LLC, is a coach, consultant, and leadership and career strategist.

Lillian's career spans human resources leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Woodforest National Bank, and American International Group, Inc. (AIG), where she leveraged employee relations expertise in leadership development. During her career, she led an employee relations function for a global company's United States and Canada business groups, and trained and coached leaders in the U.S. and internationally. She managed team transformations, enterprise-wide business process improvements, and change initiatives.

After 30 years in corporate, Lillian works with leaders to build and sustain impact and thriving careers. She has worked with corporate business leaders and small business owners to strategically assess their leadership effectiveness and implement strategies to elevate their impact and advance their careers. Lillian has also empowered leaders to enhance their confidence, courage, and capabilities, creating a noticeable positive difference in their people leadership and business results. She has experienced success in coaching candidates in two Big Four accounting firms to achieve the Partner position.
