Among her many career accomplishments, Mrs. Bitoy-Dillon is particularly proud of product placement in O'Hare/Midway Airports, and the Home Shopping Network. These are especially noteworthy accomplishments given the competitive nature of the specialty snacks category and the lack of minority representation in the food industry. The Wall Street Journal recognized Layla as a distinguished leader in 2024. She has also completed entrepreneurial programs such as Goldman Sachs 10KSB and BeyGOOD’s Renaissance Parade Route.
