With over 30 years of HR experience, Laura is known for providing practical, real-world guidance that business owners and managers can apply immediately. Her work includes HR compliance, employee relations, manager training, recruiting support, handbooks, investigations, performance management, benefits support, and HR process improvement.

Laura works with businesses across the United States, with a particular passion for helping growing organizations that need experienced HR leadership but may not need or want a full internal HR department.
