As someone who seeks to use her professional skills to serve the public good, Kristin has elevated brands and awareness for local businesses, organizations, and entrepreneurs throughout her 25+ years in marketing and communications. After cutting her agency teeth and leaving the nonprofit world, Kristin founded OAK & Art in 2023 to provide streamlined and effective branding support for businesses. Her approach is designed to help clients refine and clarify their brand without unnecessary complexity, offering an expedited process for those who need support but don’t have the time for lengthy rebranding journeys. With a meticulous approach to project management, Kristin is committed to a collaborative process, partnering with purpose-driven clients to develop strategies that fuel growth and engagement. She connects with people doing meaningful work, elevating their brands to amplify their impact and help them achieve even greater good.

A native Virginian who traded her upbringing in the Roanoke Valley for life in the city of Richmond in 2000, she is married to a building contractor and mom to two spunky girls who enjoy the "good air" living in Bon Air. Outside of being creative and connecting with clients, Kristin’s personal passions include good coffee, tough workouts, and all things Hamilton.
