As the proud owner of Steady Strides Behavior Solutions, I bring a decade of dedicated experience in supporting children with developmental disabilities, ranging from 18 months to 21 years of age. My expertise is deeply rooted in my roles as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Specialist, specifically in the state of Pennsylvania. In addition to these credentials, I'm recognized as an ACE provider through the behavior analysis certification board. 

My career has seen me embrace various roles, including mobile therapist, ABA personal care assistant, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and Behavior Specialist Consultant (BSC). These diverse positions have equipped me with a multifaceted skill set. 

My approach is characterized by a blend of strong oral and written communication skills, leadership, and a deep understanding of behavior analysis techniques. I excel in creating strategic, data-driven plans tailored to each child's unique needs, fostering environments where they can thrive. Additionally, my skills extend to effective team collaboration, problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
