Kenya Dalton is a seasoned healthcare operations leader with 30 years of progressive experience overseeing multi‑site clinic operations, mental health services, and cross‑functional teams across Minnesota’s healthcare landscape. She is known for building equitable, accessible systems; driving operational excellence; and developing culturally responsive, high‑performing teams. Throughout her career, Kenya has led complex clinical operations, revenue‑cycle optimization, workflow redesign, quality‑improvement initiatives, and full compliance across HIPAA, HR, and regulatory frameworks.

Most recently, Kenya served as Director of Healthcare Services at Face to Face Health & Counseling, where she oversaw daily clinic operations, strengthened medical and behavioral health integration, led federal and state grant implementation, and managed a large multidisciplinary workforce. Her leadership includes extensive experience in data reporting, budgeting, forecasting, program evaluation, and community partnership development.

Kenya’s prior roles include Clinic Manager at the University of Minnesota, Center Operations Director at Concentra, Clinic Supervisor at University of Minnesota Physicians, Business Operations Manager at Neighborhood HealthSource, and Assistant Director of Health Information Management at Walker Methodist. Across these roles, she has consistently improved workflows, enhanced patient access, implemented quality and safety initiatives, and built operational systems that support sustainable, patient‑centered care.
