"Joy for Those Who Give and Those Who Receive" through the hand made arts of Italy and Traditional Italian Hospitality. Since 2005 we have operated as Gioia Italian Art and Products which we closed after first quarter 2024 and donated this retail business to the Little Italy San Jose Museum Store.  We continue to help our artists friends in Italy and our clients with personal shopping services in Italy and the US and with Italian Wedding Registry.

 With 40 years experience in leadership, business administration, travel planning, project planning, team building, mentoring, business development, Senior Care and much more there comes a time for the business we create to change with us. After working years with the short term lender Production Credit Association, part of the Federal Land Bank System, raising three sons, working as a Church Youth Minister for twenty years, President of a large non profit, CASA Los Gatos and devoted to working with teens from 1990 to present, I enjoy the work I have been fortunate to do.

In 2005 I created Gioia Company surrounding my passion for my Italian heritage and the people of Italy and Italian Americans and do not plan to retire from this work. Gioia not only brings to our customers unique, hand crafted art and products from Italy but is a vehicle to bring joy to myself and to others. At this time the business and the experience have transferred to Little Italy San Jose Museum Store. In 2020 we started the 501c3 in support of our artist friends in Italy and the USA to help sustain them at a time where tourism was halted around the world for many years.
