Saron Leul is the Founder and CEO of Just Kids Autism Center. She leads a behavioral health organization shaped by close, day-to-day work with families, including immigrant households, navigating language barriers and complex service systems while supporting children with autism. Her leadership centers on improving access, continuity of care, and meaningful outcomes through family centered, culturally responsive approaches grounded in real-life needs.

In her role as Founder and CEO, Saron Leul works closely with families whose children require behavioral health support while navigating language barriers, system complexity, and competing life demands. Her work extends beyond organizational leadership into hands-on problem solving with caregivers, helping families understand services, navigate systems, and sustain participation in care over time.

Alongside building and leading Just Kids Autism Center, she has supported business development and consulting efforts since 2021, helping others launch and strengthen behavioral health organizations with an emphasis on access, ethics, and real-world sustainability.
