About

Jill has over 30 years of healthcare sales, operations, and executive level leadership for both non-profit and corporate organizations.  Jill is a respected clinician, business leader and entrepreneur.  Believing there was an industry need for a more enlightened pharmacy experience, Jill created Lotus Pharmacy, the first and only woman-owned long term care pharmacy in MN.  Centered on innovative clinical solutions, Lotus Pharmacy promotes the health and wellness of seniors and those with disabilities residing in organized care settings.  In 2023, Jill’s passion for serving others led to a partnership with the MN Board on Aging to develop the first Age Friendly Community Pharmacy in the United States to increase health equity for priority populations through broader access to pharmacy services.  Jill’s passion for identifying, reaching, and ensuring fair and equal access for all persons to medications has led to the creation of innovative public-private partnerships, a paradigm shift in healthcare delivery.

In her previous roles, Jill led the operational growth of Care Alliance Pharmacy, a joint venture, non-profit start-up pharmacy, served as General Manager of Omnicare MN Pharmacy, a 100Mil revenue generating pharmacy servicing over 14,000 residents in MN and Account Executive for Surescripts LLC.  She has been awarded the company’s highest award, “Top Performing Pharmacy”, while at Omnicare as well as the “Excellence in Action” sales leader award for three consecutive years at Surescripts.

Inspired by the story of the Lotus flower, Jill’s personal life experiences as a domestic abuse survivor have shaped her greatest life aspiration: the creation of a Lotus non-profit.  Jill serves as a Board Member of Tubman since 2024.

As a resident of Plymouth, Jill lives with her daughter Genevieve and their goldendoodle Willow.  In her free time, Jill enjoys artistic experiences, biking, hiking and contributing as a member of The Woman’s Club of Minneapolis.
