I am a mental health therapist and substance use disorder counselor that opened Marsh Wellness, LLC in 2025. I love helping clients with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, depression and substance use. I enjoy helping others reach their full potential. I am a wife and mother with 3 kids, who I love dearly. I enjoy karate, yoga, boating, and spending time with loved ones. I am a retired first responder and volunteer with Copline, Chestertown Wellness Collective, Not My Child, and Chesapeake Women's Network.
