About

Jacqueline Greer is the Founder and Principal of The Greer Collective, a woman-owned executive coaching, facilitation, and consulting practice based in Washington, DC. She brings more than 20 years of VP-level leadership across education, nonprofit, and government — and she launched The Greer Collective to offer that experience in service of leaders and organizations doing work that matters.

Through The Greer Collective, Jacqueline coaches leaders navigating transition, facilitates high-stakes group processes, and consults with organizations building stronger cultures from the inside out. Her facilitation work includes a current engagement with a Big 4 Consulting Firm on the U.S. Postal Service's Advanced Leadership Program. She is completing her ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential and pursuing Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) candidacy with the International Association of Facilitators.

Jacqueline holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a BS in Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago. She serves on the boards of Higher Achievement and Sojourner Truth Charter School.
