Certified in professional development coaching since 2003, Jackie’s innovative coaching models—FLIP, REAP, and ACT—have earned her the moniker “The Success-Ability Coach.” Her accolades include recognition as a training expert by Training Industry magazine in 2017 and a nod as a Training Leader to Watch in the same year by Training magazine.

Jackie’s approach to coaching is anything but generic, tailoring every experience to the individual’s aspirations and challenges. Two of her favorite pieces of advice to her clients is “If they won’t give you an opportunity, create your own”, and “Your success is your responsibility”. She champions women to be successful through the SheBoss Trilogy: Courage, Presence and Resilience, the CPR needed to revive faded dreams and goals and renew commitment to becoming the women they were destined to be.

Jackie understands that her purpose requires transparency and evidence, which is why she published her first book, Broken But Not Destroyed: Restoration is Possible in 2015, her story of overcoming life changing events that lead her to become the woman she is today. A prolific writer, Jackie’s professional insights have graced the pages of Sheen Magazine’s online platform several times, and her journey and thought leadership have been showcased in Voyage Dallas twice. As a subject matter expert, she has made three appearances as a guest on WFAA in Dallas and captivated audiences as a sought-after speaker for conferences, workshops, radio shows, podcasts, and other events.

Expanding her entrepreneurial flair, Jackie recently unveiled SheBoss Essentials, a line of home fragrances designed to embody the essence of a SheBoss. This venture is a testament to her innovative spirit and commitment to excellence in representing the spirit of empowered and empowering women.
