India M. Brown, MBA, PMP,  is a business owner and entrepreneur. She is the CEO of PMPHASE, A project management consulting firm. Her work in healthcare has expanded over 30 years with a focus on IT project management. Her professional portfolio includes multiple projects within various industries. Working as a project manager, she primarily focuses on risk assessment and optimization for organizations.

She has a passion for training, education, and development and she volunteers as a mentor and serves as an activist within her community. India is the author of a 31-day affirmation exercise workbook Let’s Check In On You! This workbook is one of the first tools that an individual would use to take steps toward performing their own self-assessment.

Mrs. Brown is the Vice Chair on the Execute Board for the Pass the Torch for Women Foundation, she is also the VP of Operations on the Executive Board for the National Black MBA Association, Indianapolis, Chapter, and an active member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). 

India earned her bachelor’s in Business Administration (BA) with a focus in Management, and she has her Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Leadership Development.
