With an extensive career spanning over 30 years IT project management, her individual expertise primarily focuses on IT software applications. India's professional journey boasts a diverse portfolio encompassing numerous successful projects across various industries. As a seasoned project manager, she specializes in risk assessment and optimization strategies, contributing significantly to organizational success.

Beyond her corporate achievements, India is deeply committed to training, education, and development. She channels her passion into mentoring and community activism, dedicating her time to fostering growth and empowerment. India is also an accomplished author, known for her impactful work "Let’s Check In On You!," a 31-day affirmation exercise workbook designed to guide individuals through vital self-assessment processes. This workbook stands as a foundational tool for personal development, reflecting India's commitment to helping others achieve their full potential.

Mrs. Brown serves as the Chair on the Execute Committee for Pass the Torch for Women Foundation, she is also the VP of Operations on the Executive Committee for the National Black MBA Association, Indianapolis, Chapter, and an active member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). 

India earned her bachelor’s in Business Administration (BA) with a focus in Management, and she has her Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Leadership Development.
