Hello! I’m Iesha and I specialize in helping business owners make sense of the numbers that drive their success. 

My passion for numbers and uncovering the stories they tell inspired me to earn a degree in Accounting from the University of Memphis and an MBA with a focus on Marketing. Over the past 30+ years, I’ve gained valuable experience in industries like transportation, casino/entertainment, and retail.

The success of small businesses, especially entrepreneurs, is my focus. I’ve supported them as a minority business development officer, helping secure government contracts, and as a volunteer business consultant with organizations like The Joseph Center.
