Drawing on over 30 years of experience in the advertising industry, Hilary possesses both a creative flair and a solid business acumen. She enjoys the challenge of crafting unique solutions for her clients, always resulting in original and compelling solutions that achieve stragegic goals and objectives.

Her firm, Lentini Design & Marketing, Inc., works with established businesses, public sector and non-profit entities. LDM utilizes their proprietary process of Content Design to message their clients’ magic. LDM then shapes branding, messaging, print and digital presence via website design and development, social media and paid search advertising, email campaigns, and more. For their work, LDM has won over 175 national design awards to date.

Hilary has been honored with the Comerica Bank Los Angeles Lakers Woman of Entrepreneurship Award. She was named by LA Confidential Magazine as a Woman of Influence, and she’s a Past President of both NAWBO-LA and NAWBO-CA. She was appointed by Governor Brown to the California Workforce Development Board where she provides the small business perspective. She’s passionate about women in leadership, and tirelessly works to open doors of opportunity for women business owners throughout the state.
