I’m Gresha Saddler, founder of GRESHA LLC, a luxury wellness coaching company dedicated to helping women over 50 achieve vibrant health, ideal body weight, and renewed confidence. With over 30 years as an ICU and emergency room nursing experience and as a competitive bikini competitor at 56 yrs old. I combine my extensive medical expertise with my personal experience to empower women to thrive in their personal and professional lives. I’m passionate about helping high-achieving women feel powerful, energized, and confident at every stage of life.
As the founder of GRESHA LLC, I help women over 50 reclaim their health, energy, and confidence through luxury wellness coaching. Drawing on my 30+ years in critical care nursing and my personal experience as a bikini competitor at 56, I guide high-achieving women to sustainable lifestyle transformations. My mission is to empower women entrepreneurs and executives to lead with vitality and embrace their power at every stage of life. Services include private 1:1 coaching, wellness consultations, and future luxury retreats. I’m proud to serve the NAWBO community and contribute through mentorship and event planning.
