After more than a decade in executive operations leadership and overseeing cross-functional teams, scaling systems, and driving performance within a multi-million-dollar organization, I am now focused on building my business centered on connection, experience, and thoughtful design. My work has always centered on people: how they operate, engage, and respond to their environment. That perspective now drives my next chapter. I am the founder of The Polished Tile, a concept built on a simple belief: meaningful connection happens by design. Through curated Mahjong experiences, membership-based programming, corporate events and intentionally designed spaces, I create environments where people step away from screens, engage in structured play, and reconnect; personally and professionally. In parallel, I own and operate a growing real estate portfolio focused on intentional spaces and long-term value. This work represents a natural evolution from optimizing operations within organizations to building environments where connection, clarity, and engagement return.
