Over 30 years in banking honed Elizabeth’s skills in transforming business roadblocks into stepping stones. She ignites growth at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and digital transformation.


Elizabeth’s superpower lies in transforming your vision into a concrete plan that delivers results. She doesn't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions – instead, she crafts a bespoke strategy based on active listening and a deep understanding of your goals and aspirations as well as your client's needs.


She is a former bank executive and cross-functional leader with 30 years of corporate experience. Her hands-on leadership in product marketing, digital transformation, and strategic planning is a testament to her ability to drive change and build data-driven strategies. Her superpower lies at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and communications, skills she honed at top US banks and tech companies and from her experiences living in six countries & eight US states.


She remains client-focused while collaborating with stakeholders on critical decisions, resource prioritization, and risk vs. reward discussions. Elizabeth has 25 years of experience leading diverse cross-organization work teams of 50+, from ideation and development to launch. She is an effective communicator with a servant leadership management style.


Elizabeth earned her MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, focusing on Marketing in Latin America, and a BS in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University. Her certifications in Advanced Design Thinking, Scrum/Agile Product Ownership, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, along with her First Class Award from USA Girl Scouts Overseas, further demonstrate her dedication to continuous learning and professional development.


A citizen of the world, Elizabeth currently lives near Cleveland, Ohio, with her husband, two sons, and two dogs. Previously, Elizabeth has lived in Taiwan, Chile, Mexico, Spain, Puerto Rico, and eight US states. She speaks Spanish, some Portuguese, and a little Mandarin and is learning German and Italian.
