Elena Agaragimova is a dynamic trainer, speaker, and talent development specialist with over 15 years of global experience helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. She brings a unique blend of expertise across operations, education, and talent strategy—shaped by a career that spans higher education, corporate learning, and entrepreneurship.

Elena is the Co-Founder and CEO of Shiftwell.ai, a human-centered tech platform focused on performance, wellbeing, and building sustainable workplaces. In this role, she helps organizations future-proof their talent strategies by combining behavioral science, AI, and practical development tools to drive meaningful growth and change.

Her professional journey began in higher education, where she led student development and engagement initiatives across institutions and regions. This early experience laid the foundation for her passion for learning and people development. She later transitioned into the corporate world, taking on roles in talent acquisition and learning & development across the U.S., Asia, and the MENA region. There, she supported large multinationals with onboarding programs, leadership development initiatives, and career growth strategies.

As an entrepreneur, Elena has co-founded multiple ventures—including Bloom Youth, an educational platform preparing young people for the future of work, and Bessern, a tech solution focused on enhancing productivity and wellbeing within organizations. Most recently, she has led a project for a U.S.-based tech company, bringing in top-tier tech talent while designing clear career paths and growth frameworks throughout the organization.

Elena is passionate about cultivating creative, high-performing, and engaging workplaces. Her approach draws heavily from neuroscience, behavioral insights, and coaching methodologies to deliver learning experiences that are both data-driven and deeply human. As a career and talent development coach, she has worked with professionals across generations and industries, helping them gain clarity, break through barriers, and achieve personal and professional success.

In 2023, she published a guidebook on how to shift oneself—and others—onto the path to success. She continues to share thought leadership through platforms such as Forbes Middle East and other regional publications.
