Eileen Vernor

Eileen Vernor is an accomplished HR leader with over 30 years of experience across Fortune 500 companies, mid-market firms, and nonprofits. She specializes in total rewards (compensation and benefits) strategy and design, talent management, talent acquisition, and HR Systems. Fluent in Spanish and skilled at fostering inclusive workplaces, Eileen brings both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to her HR consulting firm, Nexus HR Advisors, LLC.

Before founding Nexus, Eileen held HR leadership roles at Urban Science, NSF International, Joyson Safety Systems, and other prominent organizations. She holds an MEd in Industrial Counseling/HR from Northeastern University, a BA in International Relations/Spanish from Syracuse University, and four key HR certifications: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR, and CCP.

A dedicated volunteer, Eileen has served on boards for nonprofit organizations, contributing to her community through leadership and advocacy, including Vista Maria and Impact100 Metro Detroit.
