Denesha W. Miller, ACC, MBA is an empowering trainer, speaker and coach with over 20 years of experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings. A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, dedicated to helping leaders to achieve their full potential. 

• Background in finance, project management, corporate training, and recruiting, 
• Denesha helps enterprise leaders, small businesses and non-profits execute on their strategic vision with creative training, workshops, and problem-solving. 
• Founder and principal of Dynamic Leadership Coaching, where she partners with business leaders and non-profit organizations to drive impactful change. 
• Through coaching, professional development, and interactive workshops, she empowers individuals and teams to unlock their full potential.

Denesha holds a Batchelor’s of Science in Finance from George Mason University and dual master’s degrees from Georgetown and Marymount University. She is a Non-Profit Board Member, certified Professional Coach and Project Manager.
