Dr. Trissi Gray is the founder of Compliance Toolbox (CTB) – a boutique healthcare consulting firm that specializes in providing resources for all facets of compliance. CTB provides organizations with assistance in the strategic development and execution of effective compliance programs. As an accomplished healthcare professional, a catalyst for organizational change, and a pillar within her community, Dr. Gray is passionate about working with organizations with limited infrastructures and resources but, have the desire to build robust compliance programs. Her favorite phrase is “I teach others how to take lemons and make lemonade. Collaboratively, using existing tools organizations can diagnosis and effectively create compliant solutions to manage the evolution of industry requirements and mitigate risk.” CTB promotes the importance of having Compliance professionals at the table. “We really would prefer to say yes, versus no at the end of the day! We are all on the same team.” Trissi shares with her clients that “she understands and respects programs with limited resources, that was me.” Dr. Gray has a wealth of knowledge and 20 years of experience in regulatory compliance, healthcare operations, and clinical research through her work with large academic, population health, non-profit, and private equity organizations.
