Dr. Mary Jean Vignone is an executive coach and organization development consultant passionate about helping her clients thrive professionally and personally. She works with professionals, executives, business owners, and high-potential employees to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, and create strategies to obtain those goals and achieve their business objectives. She facilitates leadership development, strategic planning, and team development workshops. She brings a blend of academics and over 30 years of senior leadership experience in both banking and nonprofits to her work. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Arts, a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Development, and an ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation.
