Dr. Grace Itiowe is an award-winning healthcare leader, educator, and entrepreneur committed to advancing equity, access, and excellence in healthcare and education.
She serves on the ACHE Southeast Texas Board and the Senior Advisory Board for the National Association of Healthcare Services Executives (NAHSE), bringing strategic leadership and mentorship to professional healthcare organizations.
As Program Chair for Brazosport College’s Bachelor of Health Services Management, Dr. Itiowe has elevated the program to national prominence as the top-ranked online HSM program in the U.S., earning the ACHE Higher Education Award multiple times.
A passionate advocate for diversity and mentorship, she founded the NAHSE Houston Chapter mentorship program and introduced the National Lifetime Mentor Award, while serving as the National Menoring Committe Chair, strengthening pipelines for emerging minority healthcare leaders.
Dr. Itiowe is also the Founder and President of Golden Experiences, a women-led nonprofit empowering underserved seniors, mothers, and children through health education, preventive health services, mentorship, and scholarships.
A published author and recognized speaker, she has received several awards some of which are the 2023 Public Interface Award, Woman of the Year, and Best Paper Award in Healthcare Marketing. With experience working internationally, she brings a global perspective to leadership, guided by her mantra: Personal Responsibility In Delivering Excellence (PRIDE).
