Dr. Danielle E. Feggins is the founder, owner, and operator of Speak to All, LLC, a professional service company dedicated to motivational and inspirational purposes. The mission and vision of Speak to All focus on empowering individuals to be fearless on purpose, supported by the biblical reference Joshua 1:6-9.

Dr. Feggins is a certified professional public speaker, coach, and trainer. As an Individualist Speaker, her core topics in speaking, coaching, and training include personal growth development, human relations, individualism, and human flourishing. She is passionate about motivating and inspiring others to identify their potential, surrender to their calling, and live their purpose in life. Her progressive work experience spans 20 years in managed healthcare, vocational rehabilitation, education, human resources, business consulting, and behavioral health.

Dr. Feggins is an alumna of Prairie View A&M University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling. She also earned a Doctorate in Business Management specializing in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. In addition to her educational credentials, Dr. Feggins is the author of the book “Respect My Individuality! How to Maintain Self-Confidence in an Insecure World” and the co-author of “I’m Speaking, Rewritten Rules of Encouragement to Affirm Women Disruptors.”

Today’s Purpose Woman Magazine featured Dr. Feggins as the “2024 Woman to Watch,” highlighting her as a beacon of hope, inspiration, and motivation. Dress For Success Dallas honored her as the 2024 Honoree for the annual “Your Hour, Her Power” event.

Dr. Feggins’ professional affiliations include Forbes, ForbesBLK, Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and she is a former board member of Family to Family Network.

In her leisure time, Dr. Feggins enjoys reading, singing, traveling, and watching movies.
