Dr. Adeola “Addy” Olubamiji is an award-winning technologist, entrepreneur, and advocate for Black immigrant professionals and STEM education. As the first Black person to earn a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, she founded Pathfinder Consulting, empowering immigrant professionals to secure high-paying, purpose-driven careers through culturally intelligent, AI-powered career services. Dr. Addy is also founder of STEMHub Foundation, promoting STEM education for underrepresented youths globally. Her leadership and innovation have earned her multiple accolades and international recognition.

Founder and CEO of Pathfinder Consulting, Dr. Adeola Olubamiji leverages her expertise in technology, education, and entrepreneurship to help Black immigrant professionals navigate career transitions, immigration, and graduate studies.
