I'm a best selling author, international speaker and former TV Host. I was appointed by President Bush and President Obama and served on the President's Council for Fitness, Sports and Nutrition. I was honored with the 2023 IDEA World Jack LaLanne Lifetime Achievements Award and inducted in The National Fitness Hall Of Fame. I served on the Women Sports Foundation Board, LPGA Foundation board and Tom Joyner Foundation Board. I'm the CEO of Mama's Laverne Foods. A culinary brand rooted in the legacy of love and community, My mom aka Mama Laverne stepped out on faith and took our family recipes to retail and restaurants, With our new partnership for national distribution we have expanded our food services business. We spread love through food for the soul. Feeding one soul and body at a time. We are not just about profit but about making a impact. We work with schools, churches and organizations by donating love meals those in need. And provide ongoing job training and employment opportunities for people in the communities.
