Deondra Wardelle (she/her/hers), is an accomplished executive coach and strategist whose passion lies in empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their highest potential. Certified as a Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise (MWBE), Deondra brings over 30 years of expertise in executive coaching, continuous improvement, global operations, HR leadership, and strategic planning to every engagement. She is a sought-after expert in creating inclusive cultures and successfully implementing strategic initiatives for organizations worldwide.


As the founder of On To The Next One Consulting, Deondra specializes in helping organizations navigate change, foster innovation, and cultivate inclusive, high-performing cultures. Her signature offering, the Strategic Visioning Experience™, employs a transformative four-step process improvement model that drives measurable results, aligns teams with strategic goals, and amplifies employee engagement.


Through her work, Deondra has positively impacted numerous organizations, including her former roles as Chief Strategy Officer at the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the Global Director of Performance Excellence at WestRock Company, a paper/packaging industry leader. Deondra holds several licenses and certifications, including various coaching certifications, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace certifications, and Lean Six Sigma certifications. 


Deondra’s unique blend of expertise and authenticity inspires clients to Lead Boldly™, embrace continuous improvement, and turn their vision into reality. She is committed to creating meaningful impact and lasting change when working with frontline teams or senior leaders. Whether coaching leaders, leading workshops, facilitating strategy sessions, or delivering keynote presentations, she motivates audiences to elevate their organizations to the next level.


Beyond her professional achievements, Deondra is actively engaged in community initiatives. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Peace Learning Center, is the Programming Co-Chair of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Indianapolis Chapter, is a member of the International Coaching Federation, Indianapolis Chapter, and is a Board Member and Member-at-Large at Light of the World Christian Church. Additionally, she is a dedicated member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® and currently serves as the Central Regional Coordinator for the Educational Advancement Foundation, Incorporated®. 


When she's not coaching, consulting, or speaking, you can find Deondra making a difference in her community through her sorority, volunteering at her church, or enjoying quality time with family and close friends.
