I moved to the U.S. from London, England, to pursue a career in entrepreneurship, starting as the co-founder of a marine engineering company. 

Over 15 years, I grew the company from the ground up, including securing government contracts. 

Today, I bring that experience to business brokerage, specializing in helping business owners navigate the often complex process of valuing, preparing, and selling their businesses. 

As an accredited small business consultant and intermediary, I founded SureStep Business Advisors with a commitment to personalized service. 

My mission is to support small business owners in finding the right buyers—those who will not only appreciate the value of their hard work but also keep their businesses locally rooted and thriving for years to come.
