I moved to the U.S. from London to pursue my career, starting as a co-founder of a marine engineering company that I built from scratch and expanded into government contracting. After 15 years in business ownership, I transitioned into business brokerage, helping others buy and sell businesses. I gained accreditation as a small business consultant and business intermediary, eventually founding SureStep Business Advisors. My focus is on offering personalized service and supporting Main Street business owners in finding the right buyers to keep their businesses thriving within the community.
