Christy Smallwood's mission is to help you think different to do different. Christy blends humor and storytelling on how to apply the Being Super method to take control of life, conquer complacency, and ignite action to achieve your dreams.

Christy owns multiple businesses, hosts three podcasts, is an author, speaker and strategist, serves on multiple Board of Directors, and plays clarinet with a local orchestra seasonally.  She has won multiple leadership and business awards including the Chamber of St. Matthews' Community Pride, Small Business of the Year, and the highest honor of the Albert Sanders Award as well as the Executive Women International Tillie Award for Leadership.

With over 25 years of experience in Marketing plus Leadership Development, and over 10 years of Executive & Business Coaching, Christy's vision is to create a ripple effect of super-charged leaders executing on their world-changing ideas.

MISSION/PURPOSE

To break the status quo of business-as-usual, bring order to chaos clearing the clutter of stinking thinking, spark the inspiration of big ideas and audacious goals for purpose-driven entrepreneurs and light a fire under their asses to bring it all to life while having some fun in the process.
