Carrie Downey helps bring clarity to the digital tools businesses are using for productivity.  As a Digital Productivity Consultant she is passionate about helping small businesses thrive with a less is more approach. When leaders are saying “there’s got to be a better way” she is eager to take on the challenge of designing new processes that are unique to their business.   She believes technology should empower teams not hinder them.  

Carrie has been helping streamline since 2014 as the founder of Clarity Co.  Businesses turn to her for help selecting and setting up software to help streamline, automate and improve collaboration both internally and related to the customer experience.
