Brittany Dahlen, MSN, RN, CHSE, NPD-BC, CPN is Co-Founder and President of Shifting Frames Consulting LLC, where she helps healthcare teams build skills to recognize and interrupt bias so every patient and colleague is treated with dignity and respect. A former pediatric critical care nurse, Brittany now blends her clinical experience with training, quality improvement, and simulation-based learning to create practical, lasting change. She’s passionate about making health equity a daily practice, starting with herself and the communities she serves.
