Served on active duty in the U.S. Army for 23 years and retired.  Served in the Federal Government arena for 17 years and retire.  In 2023, decided it was time to give back to my community by bringing health and wellness through yoga.  Married with 6 kids and 6 grandchildren.  A member of Community Bible Church and love biking, hiking and yoga.
