About Amy Neustadt, Founder of EVOLV Exec 

I’ve always been driven by one simple goal: to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Throughout my career in public health, higher education, healthcare consulting, and the nonprofit sector, that purpose has guided every role I’ve held—whether securing funding for mission-driven program, mentoring emerging leaders or designing innovative initiatives that address community needs. My expertise spans business strategy and fundraising, but my greatest fulfillment comes from helping leaders and organizations unlock their potential and move beyond blind spots that limit growth.

With decades of experience in development, research and public health at the University of Colorado and the University of Chicago, a master’s degree in behavioral sciences from Emory University, an executive coaching certification through the Center for Executive Coaching and a lifelong curiosity about human behavior and motivation, I bring both analytical insight and deep empathy to my coaching. 

Throughout my career, I saw a pattern I couldn’t ignore. Brilliant, capable women—women leading with heart and vision—were running on empty. They were carrying immense responsibility, often without the support or space to replenish themselves. I understood it, because I had lived it. Despite outward success, I had lost touch with my own “why.” Burnout taught me that even purpose-driven work can become unsustainable when we disconnect from our values, our energy, and our humanity. I started EVOLV Exec to change that. To create a space where women leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs could lead differently - grounded in self-awareness, resilience, and authenticity.

EVOLV Executive Coaching and Consulting was founded by Amy Neustadt, a certified executive coach and consultant who helps leaders and organizations translate strategy into sustainable leadership practices. With a background spanning research, higher education, consulting and the nonprofit sector, Amy brings both strategic insight and empathy to her coaching relationships. At EVOLV, we guide modern leaders toward alignment and impact. Our one-on-one and group coaching blends strategy and self-awareness to cultivate authentic leadership and lasting growth.
