I’m the Principal of Evolv Exec, where I provide executive business development coaching and consulting to leaders in mission-driven organizations and private-sector companies navigating growth, complexity, and high-stakes decision-making.

With more than 20 years of experience across fundraising, sales, revenue growth, and consulting, I help leaders translate strategy into action, strengthening leadership presence, clarifying priorities, and driving sustainable results in high-pressure environments.

My background spans public health, higher education at the University of Colorado and the University of Chicago, healthcare policy consulting, and the nonprofit sector, giving me a rare vantage point at the intersection of revenue strategy, influence, and human behavior. I bring a research-informed, emotionally intelligent approach to business development that supports leaders in making clear, confident decisions amid competing demands.

I partner with executives during periods of transition and scale—whether they’re leading teams through change, expanding revenue streams, increasing visibility and influence, or redefining their leadership role. My work integrates mindset, identity, and strategy to address burnout, confidence gaps, organizational dynamics, and resistance to change, so leaders can perform at a high level without sacrificing sustainability.

I hold a BS in Biology from the University of Illinois and an MPH in Behavioral Sciences from Emory University. I’m a certified Executive Coach and am currently pursuing my ICF Associate Certified Coach and Burnout Recovery Coach certifications. I’m an active member of NAWBO and the 100 Women Strong Giving Circle at the Central Florida Foundation.
