About

Amy McMillin is a vestibular physical therapist and owner of Custom Care Rehab-concierge physical therapy. After working for a major hospital system for over 15 years she decided to start her company 4 years ago at the beginning of the Covid pandemic. During COVID-19, her patients were not considered essential patients and were not permitted to receive treatment, so she decided she would bring the therapy to her patients!  Over the past 4 years, she has successfully transitioned from a solopreneur to a team of 5 therapists; each with their own specialty. Providing mobile Physical Therapy and wellness to clients of Northeast Ohio; Helping Busy Individuals Stay Healthy and Fit by Delivering Solutions Directly to Your Doorstep. 

In addition to becoming a business owner and physical therapist, she is a mother to her 2 amazing children Madeline and Bryson, and wife to her supportive husband Scott. Amy volunteers at Immaculate Heart of Mary teaching the Intro to Entrepreneurship Class, is heavily involved in the school PTA, is a volunteer at Stewart's Caring Place, is a member of the Hudson Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of Working Women’s Connection. She has a passion for spreading her knowledge in the world of vestibular treatment to as many people worldwide as possible through YouTube, digital courses, and hopefully someday books! She also loves supporting fellow small business owners by helping them connect, grow, and advance their presence in the community.

The next chapter in her career focuses on growing the roots of Custom Care Rehab to more communities in Ohio, growing her Youtube Channel Treat Dizziness at Home which offers free advice for people worldwide needing help with their vestibular disorders,  and providing clients with customer service and personalized care they deserve in their healthcare choice.
