LEARN AI TOGETHER

The AI Learning Lab is a monthly, interactive space where women business owners explore how AI is showing up in real business life — from everyday tasks and team workflows to client communication, marketing, operations, and decision-making.

This is not a traditional webinar. Each session is designed for conversation, shared learning, practical examples, and hands-on exploration.

Members are encouraged to come ready to ask questions, share what they’re trying, compare ideas, and learn from other women business owners who are experimenting with AI in their day-to-day work.

No tech background required — just curiosity and a willingness to learn together.

AUGUST SESSION: AI for Operations & Administrative Tasks  

This month, we’ll explore how business owners are using AI to support everyday operations and administrative work.

Together, we’ll look at practical ways AI can help with tasks such as organizing information, drafting communications, summarizing notes, creating checklists, planning workflows, brainstorming processes, and reducing repetitive admin work.

Participants can expect:

• Real-world examples from business owners and facilitators
• Practical AI use cases for operations and admin tasks
• Peer discussion and shared learning
• Hands-on prompt practice or activity
• Space to ask questions and compare ideas
• Guidance on using AI thoughtfully, safely, and with human oversight

Whether you’re brand new to AI or already using it in your business, this session is a place to learn what others are trying, test ideas in a supportive environment, and leave with practical next steps you can adapt for your own work.

COME PREPARED TO SHARE

To make the session more useful for everyone, we invite you to bring one example, question, or idea related to AI and operations.

You might bring:

• An admin task you wish AI could help with
• A prompt you’ve tried
• A tool you’re curious about
• A workflow that feels repetitive or time-consuming
• A concern about using AI safely in your business
• A small win or lesson learned from using AI

You do not need to have experience with AI to participate. Listening, asking questions, and learning from others are all welcome.

• Monthly sessions on the first Tuesday of each month

Non-member registration is limited to 15 participants per session and is available for $50 per session. Proceeds benefit the NAWBO Institute and help expand access to educational programming, resources, and opportunities that support women business owners at every stage of growth.
