About

With decades of experience in Human Resources, I played a key role in developing standard operating procedures around talent acquisition, training, and talent development for various corporately owned retail brands. This experience helped shape my understanding of business operations, but also reinforced my passion for building strong, effective teams.  In 2020, after being furloughed due to the pandemic, I decided to pivot my career and become a full-time partner in my husband's marketing strategy and design agency, Faucethead Creative, LLC. Having worked for the agency part-time for a few years already, the transition felt natural.  Switching industries has been a challenge I was eager to take on and has allowed me to grow in new and unexpected ways. Today, as the majority owner and CEO of Faucethead, I'm committed to scaling our business and making a meaningful impact in our community. We are focused on creating opportunities through internships, co-ops, and new job openings, while also launching a dedicated division to support small businesses and startups with tailored marketing solutions.
